A Webley Hawk Mark II Air Rifle with both .22 and .177 Calibre Barrels.
This rifle was produced by Webley & Scott in Birmingham from 1974 to 1977 it was normally sold with one barrel but was available with both .177 and .22 barrels if the customer wished.
This particular rifle is in good overall condition. The blued finish to both the action and barrels is in good order showing only a few signs of wear. The stock has no splits or cracks there are areas where the varnished finish is worn but on the whole it is in reasonable condition for its age.
The rifles is complete with its open sights. The slip on plastic fore sights however are both split this is common on this model. The foresight hoods are attached.
The rifle when assembled with either barrel functions with no issues.
The rifle comes with a hard to find period ‘Webey – Custom’ rifle case. Produced for Webley in the early 1970’s for Rifles, Shotguns and Pistols. Made from Plastic, Aluminium and with a foam liner it accommodates the rifle in its broken down form with associated accessories. Its in good overall condition with no cracks or splits (no key)
Accompanying the rifle is a boxed Webley 4 x 15 Rifle Scope with instructions in good condition, Part used tins of both .177 and .22 Calibre Webley Special Waisted Pellets, Instruction leaflet and advertising leaflet for the rifle, a pack of Webley Targets and Aluminium Tag with Allen keys for tightening the barrel removal screw and rear sights.
A good example of one of Webley’s Classic 1970’s Air Rifles with accompanying Webley Accessories.
