A boxed Crosman Model 1389 ‘Backpacker’ .177 Caibre Air rifle.
Manufactured by Crosman Airguns, East Bloomfield, New York between 1989 and 1998.
It is a multi pump pneumatic single shot .177 Calibre Breakdown carbine Air Rifle.
The stock detaches with from the main body of the rifle with a simple push button enabling the rifle to be transported more easily.
It’s characterised by the green stock and pump handle which distinguishes it from other Crosman Models.
Fitted with open sights although a Rifle Scope can be attached on the scope rail.
Its in excellent condition and in full working order.
It comes with its original cardboard packaging box, which is rare to find as these were generally discarded, and instruction manual.
Its in great condition and shows a youth with the broken down rifle in a backpack out shooting in the American outdoors.
This is a very good example of a fairly scarce Crosman Air rifle.
Air guns and Air Rifles manufactured after 1939 are restricted by the Violent Crime Reduction Act as regards sale and delivery and as such the transaction must be on a face to face basis.
