About Tim

Tim Dyson, the proprietor, has had a keen interest in shooting from a young age when he spent time in his Uncle’s gun shop admiring the array of flint lock, pin fire and percussion black powder rifles and pistols, where the seed was sown for his continued interest in shooting.

As a teenager, he took up .22 rim fire target shooting and also acquired his first Air Rifle which was a Relum Tornado, to some very nearly a classic Air Rifle!  Many hours were spent with this in the local fields and woods, stalking rabbits and wood pigeons.

Shortly afterwards he acquired a Shotgun Certificate and purchased his first shotgun spending time wildfowling and rough shooting on the tidal mud flats and farmland in the North of Scotland where he lived at the time.

His interest in firearms continued into his professional life and is now concentrated on collecting and dealing in Antique, Collectable and Classic Air Rifles and Pistols at the Militaria Fairs he attends throughout the country.
